2. Services

Dradian provides web-based services including Likability, a voting and ranking platform, as well as information about upcoming game titles. Features and availability may change at any time.

3. Credits & Payments

Certain features (such as voting in Likability) require credits. Credits can be earned by viewing advertisements or purchased directly. Credits are non-refundable and have no cash value unless otherwise required by law. Purchases are processed through third-party payment providers.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to abuse, exploit, or manipulate our services, including vote manipulation, automated bots, or any activity that interferes with the integrity of rankings. Violations may result in account suspension.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and software on this site is the property of Dradian (C-Corp). You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uptime, accuracy of rankings, or uninterrupted access.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dradian shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.
