What is the delivery time for products?

Order processing takes 1 to 3 days, and delivery takes 8 to 12 business days.

Do you provide tracking information for shipping?

Yes, please wait 3 days after your order, then send an email to info@luversi.com.

What if some products are missing from my order?

Our products are shipped separately based on your order. If your order contains products from two different warehouses, there will be two shipments. The rest of your order will arrive soon.

We apologize for any inconvenience. Please send a photo of the damaged item to info@luversi.com, and we will send you a replacement as quickly as possible of equivalent value.

I still haven't received my order, why is it taking so long?

We apologize for the delay. International deliveries sometimes take longer than expected due to customs procedures. However, you can always track your order and check its status. Do you have a return policy?
